LG PF1500W Full HD LED Smart Home Theater Projector

I was excited to find an LED projector in my price range for a new home theater. This projector has met or exceeded all my expectations. I love knowing I shouldn't need to replace an expensive projector bulb for many thousands of hours of use. Nice side effects of this LED unit are the instant on/off ability and quiet & cool operation. Integrated TV tuner has been a bonus when we needed it. My only minor complaints are that this uses an external power supply and the zoom adjustment is rather weak. I'd prefer the power supply be incorporated into the unit, but understand this was probably done to address size & heat management concerns. Auto keystone correction is adequate, but I have used other projectors with more capable manual keystone adjustments. Image is bright & clear. We had some reservations about the brightness rating of this projector, but it is more than adequate with the lights on, and provides an excellent image with the lights dimmed or off. While we have this unit permanently ceiling mounted, it is rather small & would make an excellent portable projector. I'm looking forward to seeing what LG has in store for the next generation of this model. 2K lumen? 4K? 3D? I'll be watching to see what they can come up with.
