Refurbished my master bathroom shower and decided to purchase the subject DreamLine model which fit my tiled base to a tee based on them fabricating a number of progressive footprint models to accommodate all sizes. When I picked up my order at the store I was amazed to see how well the pieces where packaged which included a wooden pallet and substantial perimeter cribbing that secured each and every piece in place for shipping. I have ordered a number of household items over the years and most are very poorly packaged for shipping which in turn yields damaged products but DreamLine set the bar for outstanding shipping packaging. Absolutely no damage and not even a dent in any of the packaged containers. Also the instructions that where included were perfect which include very good pictorial sketches that assisted greatly in the overall assembly process. Being an engineer I had to detail all of the above so you would know that DreamLine does not only make an exceptional product that looks great, there packaging and assembly instructions are well above average which will allow you to yield a perfect installation. Granted erecting the glass panels require alot of effort due to the weight of them but that is what you get when you buy a quality product.
