These are my "Go To" vitamins for my hair and nails. I have been having split nails the past few years and losing my hair due to health issues. These really make a difference. I ran out for a week at one point and I could see the difference in my nails a few weeks later. The jelly bean form meets my sugar cravings. The dog got a hold of a new bottle and ate the entire contents ... he had a shiny coat afterwards. I can't be without these anymore and order them several bottles at a time and automatic refills. I love the smell and taste. I have been taking these for 3 weeks and my hair and skin are definitely softer. Also I've noticed less hair loss and more shine. I haven't noticed any improvement with my nails but maybe when they grow out.
