I saw a few reviews that these were too sharp. They definitely are sharp, I nicked a few raised bumps with them - but I was using them as quickly as the other ones I had used before (same brand) so my suggestion is just to use slowly and not press as hard as you may normally. Overall still a fantastic product that I actually use to derma-plane my whole face!
