We got the horrible flu that lasts 14 days with a high fever. Every 2 hours we had to trade out medications. This has Aspirin. We would take a Tylenol medication, 2 hours later take an ibuprofen medication then take this Aspirin medication. It was the only way to keep the fever at 99.3 - 100.3. If we didn't take anything the fever went up to 103 extremely fast. This stuff worked great for my sore throat, cough and sinuses. I am very grateful.
