Great for scuba diving

I bought this for traveling. I have recently gotten back into scuba diving. I was taking a class for a dive certificate and decided to use the stress soother on my wrist. I can say it definitely worked for me. I was not nervous jumping from the boat into the ocean. I will definitely keep this in my scuba bag.
