Fill air fryer basket no more than half full. Cook half bag for 10-11 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. Oven Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11"x17" lined baking sheet. Bake according to the chart below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 20-25 minutes. These make me think of really delicious sweet potato fries that you get at some barbecue restaurant. I don't stir them so they get a little crispy on one side and I sprinkle them with a delicious seasoning, mixture of cumin, chili, garlic, onion, and a touch of beef bouillon. So good. also celiac safe! And dairy free!
