KitchenIQ’s Edge Grip™ 2-Stage Knife Sharpener is lightweight, portable, and easy to use on either a flat surface or the edge of your countertop or table. Carbide blades and crossed ceramic rods feature pre-set sharpening angles that provide the proper sharpening angle every time. Carbide blades (Coarse) provide quick edge-setting capabilities, and the ceramic rods (Fine) are used for the final edge honing. These two stages offer the capability to put a razor-sharp edge on very dull or damaged blades and touch up already sharp blades. It comes with non-slip rubber feet and a soft grip rubber handle for comfort and steadiness when sharpening. The patented V-Grip™ bottom allows for added stability and comfort when using the sharpener on the edge of your countertop or table.
- KNIFE SHARPENER – Features a carbide blade sharpening slot and a ceramic rod sharpening slot.
- 2-STAGE – Sharpens dull & damaged knives and puts quick touch-ups on already sharp knives.
- EDGE GRIP – The “V” edge grip allows you to place the sharpener on the edge of a table or countertop.
- COMPACT – Measures 3.75” x 2” x 1.75” and is easy to store.

Sharpening Instructions: 1. Place the sharpener on a flat surface or the edge of your countertop or table and select the appropriate sharpening slot. Coarse: Aggressive sharpening to set the edge. Usually, 3 to 4 strokes is all it takes. Fine: Light honing used for polishing and finishing the edge. Excellent for maintaining already sharp blades. Use to sharpen Serrated knives. 2. Insert knife blade into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90 degrees angle to the sharpener. 3. Press down with moderate pressure and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot from heel to tip. 4. Repeat this action until the blade is sharp. Care & Use: Always clean your sharpener after use. Clean with a damp cloth or mild brush. Do not rinse with water.
