RAIN WHEN YOU DON"T WANT IT!!!

I spent a couple of hours sealing an old semi-trailer, it was a warm clear day. The 230 caulk went on very smooth and easy to handle. After a couple of tubes I was getting pretty good at applying it. I finished up and walked inside and was informed that a strong thunderstorm with heavy rain and high winds,has popped up to our west. When it hit we had 1 inch of rain in 45 minutes accompanied with 60 mph wind! Afterwards I went out to look and the caulk looked like whipped cream from a can!!!!! Not too happy with mother nature but, the caulk I had used a couple days earlier held up great! Moral of the story-- don't trust the weather in Minnesota!!

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed a couple new windows and needed a caulk that would create a waterproof, airproof, strong bond that could withstand the fluctuating temps. So I gave the DAP 100% waterproof window, door, and trim sealant a try. It was easy to apply, easy to squeeze from the tube, great beading and smoothed easily. I did make a couple mistakes but hurried and peeled it up before it skinned over. It was easy to clean off the tools with warm soap and water. I gave it time to cure and I painted over it the very next day. It looks great!

DAP SEALANT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DAP 230 SEALANT IS GREAT FOR ANY INDOOR OR OUTDOOR HOUSE PROJECTS. IS VERY EASY TO USE, AND WATER CLEAN UP. I MOSTLY USE IT ON MY WINDOWS AND DOORS AND THE RESULTS ARE PRETTY GOOD. I LOVED THIS BRAND BECAUSE IT HAS MANY MORE ADVANTAGES LIKE LOW IN ODOR ,IS PAINTABLE AND HAS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO WORK WITH IT. BUT THE BEST THING IS THAT IS DURABLE AND PROTECTS YOUR HOME AGAINST ANY WEATHER CONDITION.
