I used the cast iron Pizza Pan to cook tortillas on the stove top, it was no problem. the results were delicious tortillas! the brand (Lodge) is true to its name. I have a iron skillet with that name on the bottom, that skillet has been in my family for decades. So ,I believe that this cast iron Pizza Pan will be in my family for a very long time.
