Formulated with silicone additives, this premium sealant offers reliable waterproof protection and lasting mold resistance, making it ideal for sealing painting projects and jobs that are susceptible to humidity and moisture. It has strong adhesion to common kitchen and bathroom surfaces, including most metals, plastic, wood, glass, drywall, plaster, granite, cultured marble, ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, formica, painted surfaces and more. Thanks to its excellent flexibility and durability, this sealant resists cracking, even after painting, and is scrubbable once cured, helping maintain a long-lasting, professional finish.
