The indicated amounts are only a guideline. If your puppy becomes overweight a reduction of your puppy's daily food intake may be appropriate. Feeding for Reproduction: Pro Plan provides the extra nutrition needed by reproducing females in stages of gestation and lactation. Food consumption may vary during gestation, so feed the amount needed to maintain the pregnant female's ideal body condition. Food intake may double or even quadruple during lactation. Making the Switch to Pro Plan: Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7-10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Recommended Daily Feeding: Puppies start to nibble solid foods at 3-4 weeks of age. Keep moistened Pro Plan available at all times. Allow your puppy to eat at will until fully weaned (6-8 weeks). After weaning, Pro Plan can be fed moistened or dry. For best results, develop a regular feeding schedule such as three small meals a day for younger puppies. 5/5 – The only food and supplements I trust for my

My puppy has been eating Pro Plan® Puppy Lamb & Rice Formula since the day he came home - it was the food his breeder recommended, and it's the only kibble I truly trust. He has grown beautifully on it: shiny coat, great energy, healthy digestion, and he absolutely loves it. I've tried looking into other high-quality brands, but nothing compares to how well he does on this formula. I also give him Purina Joint Care every morning - something the breeder also started with, and together they've been amazing for his growth and joint support. Overall, I feel confident knowing he's getting complete and reliable nutrition every single day. Highly recommend!

My puppy loves this food.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have an 8 week old Whoodle and I have been giving him the Lamb and Rice formula. He gets excited at dinner time to eat and he cleans his dish. Hie is growing well and his coat is very soft. This is the first time I have fed this food to my dogs, and it won't be the last. Although this review is for a contest, I would leave one just to say how impressed I am with your product.

Our puppy loves it

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have a picky cockapoo and she loves her purina pro plan. Not only does she like this one but she also likes the beef one and also the salmon one. We always mix it in with some raw meat and she eats it down so fast! Also recommend by our vet.
