It tastes a little wonky, but it has all the stuff to keep your immune system boosted. I also take extra D3 and iron. But that is just because I am often deficient. Talk with your doctor before deciding on your vitamins.

Tasty, easy vitamins that help support daily energ
I've been taking One A Day 50+ gummies for a while now, and it's been so easy to incorporate them into my morning routine. They have a pleasant flavor, and I appreciate that they include vitamins for brain and immune system support. They have a soft, chewy texture, and I don't need to take them with water. I feel like they help me maintain my energy throughout the day. The bottle lasts a long time, so it's a great value.
