I love this sand box so much! I ended up scoring free delivery for the one piece original sandbox which is which is very sturdy and looks great in the backyard. I put 200 lbs of sand in it in the kids started playing immediately. For those of you that asked why there are openings and holes that bugs and water could get in it's because the company has to save their own butt because there are kids that will close themselves in the box and they have to have air holes just in case. Other than that it's not that big of a deal.

Naturally Playful Sandbox II
This sandbox keeps a 20 month old enthralled! The toys that came with are great for learning how to make (and SMASH) sand castles. As long as grandma remembers to put the cover on, the lid keeps rain out and hasn't blown off in 35 mph gusts. It was well packaged and fairly easy to assemble. I do recommend pre-drilling screw holes with the tiniest bit you have, but use a hand screw driver.
