More than just a bowl
The ceramic bowl is great for proving doughs etc. Warm it up a little first and it holds the heat better than the metal bowls, making doughs rise quicker and better. It is heavier than the metal bowls but worth it. Looks great on any color standmixer. Washes beautifully by hand or dishwasher.
