About this item

Product details

Gretsch acoustic magnetic sound hole pickup. Reproduces the true sound of the instrument, with no "quack" like a piezo pickup. Easily mounts to most acoustic guitars. Can be permanently mounted by an authorized technician.

The new Deltoluxe pickup is inspired by the original DeArmond Rhythm Chief 1000, with fusion ingredients from a couple other vintage DeArmond pickups. Affectionately known as the "monkey stick" pickup - the Rhythm Cheif was one of the first guitar pickups for archtop guitars.

The Deltolux fits most acoustic guitar soundhole and is an especially welcome addition for a bluesy porch picker parlor sized guitar.
