BLACK+DECKER 20V MAX* Lithium 12 inch 3-in-1 Compact Mower, MTC220

I have a small grass area in my yard about 20 ft. x 9 ft.. I have a lawnmower which is kind of big and my trimmer broke. Replacing it with Black and Decker Cordless is the best thing I did. The lawnmower portion is not heavy duty but for my area, it is perfect as I can mow, edge and trim with one hand!

I live in rural West Virginia. Have been 'eyeballing' this Black and Decker 3 in 1 for over a year. Amazon had it on a daily special for $99 bucks, had it in my cart and continued to shop, by the time I was done they had raised the price to $153!! No, I didn't buy it from Amazon. Came straight here to Walmart, bought the two items here that I had had in my Amazon cart. The mower/trimmer/edger came quickly. We had one day of no rain in between several days of rain. I was anxious to try this 3 in 1. It comes with charger and two batteries, and I have another spare that also works with 20v black and decker systems. So I have 3 batteries that fit. So, the first try out, was a small patch in front of the house. With some tougher and taller grass because it was the first mowing and trimming of the year. THIS LITTLE BABY WORKS WONDERS!! Easy to put together, takes some time to get batteries fully charged, and since I had spare battery, that means I had spare charger as well. So for me it was half the time. I don't have a postage stamp sized yard, and there is lots that need mowed/trimmed that the riding mower can't get to. This Black and Decker 3 in 1 is the absolutely spot on thing needed to finish our yard. We recently put in non movable décor in our front yard, now the rider doesn't fit through there, but this 3 in 1 took care of it. First by mowing it, then weed eating around the décor, porch front and sides and flower beds. I really don't like and didn't want a gasoline push mower, or an electric push mower with cords to contend with. I wanted a quick and easy and lightweight solution and this is it! Now that we have the first mowing/trimming of the season done, the rest will be even easier to maintain because the first one was really too tall and overgrown in spots. I am near 60, short and fat. My spouse who is recovering from an injury to his shoulder was able to use this on the backyard with one hand, all over the backyard. We can both use this lightweight 3 in 1 just fine! I also have the Black and Decker 40 volt trimmer with 13 inch head. It's awesome no doubt. But this 3 in 1 is smaller, lighter weight and mows! It will be my go to. Worth every penny. I have seen a video where a woman is just using it in all directions going very quickly. It works better to take a few seconds to let it do it's job. I wasn't in a race or hurry, just wanted something lightweight that works. And it does. It also mulches the grass as it mows so it's not throwing grass and weeds all over you, the house, your cars etc. ,either!!
