Quick kill for sure

This is the 2nd year we've been attacked by grasshoppers. They eat the rosebuds from the bushes, then all the leaves. They strip the 12 ft tall lilacs, and anything else in their path. I spray the yard and shrubs and 30 minutes later I can walk through the yard and can't see a single hopper. They will come over from the neighbors so I will have to spray again. Two weeks ago I sprayed and today noticed 30 new leaves growing on each rose bush. I'm pleased with the product and will keep it on hand. Kills the mosquitoes also!
