I would give this product a 4-star rating. The boost is effective when paired with regular workouts. I wholeheartedly believe that to get the maximum benefit, you must be physically active. I felt significantly better when I was taking it while exercising. However, after undergoing surgery, I've been unable to work out for a couple weeks, and I've noticed the effects have diminished due to my inactivity. In my opinion, the supplement alone isn't enough; it needs the synergy of physical activity to truly shine

Terrible week of introduction!
Two pills at once gave me terrible diarrhea for a week at least. I went down to one pill and it continued for a few more days but ended. It was very inconvenient as I could not leave the house. I discontinued the pills for a couple of days thinking I would stop them, but then began them again and experienced diarrhea again for three or four days. I am just a small person and wonder if two a day is only for larger people.Sometimes I feel like my memory is improving; other times I feel like it is not. The jury is still out.
