Suggested Use for Adults: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule per day to support digestive and immune health. Continued daily use is suggested. If experiencing occasional digestive upset, two (2) capsules daily (take one (1) in the morning and one (1) at night) until discomfort subsides. When traveling, take two (2) capsules daily (one (1) in the morning and one (1) at night) throughout the trip. Best results if started two to three days prior to travel. Storage Instructions: Store Culturelle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep Culturelle at room temperature or below.

this was recommended by my doctor after i started experiencing bloating and constipation. It didnt matter what I ate, either solids or soups. But this did help. I have had this problem for just over a year after hernia surgery and i have tried many differents medications. Prescriptions did not help, but this over the counter drug did. It is a little expensive but it's equal to the cost of the 3 RX medications I took before.
