Wonderful dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is super quiet. When I used it for the first time I was not convinced it was running. I literally couldn't hear much coming from the machine. I opened it a couple times because I didn't believe it had water in it or that it was running. I was wrong. It was running but it was so quiet I couldn't tell. The cleaning power of this dishwasher is better than any other dishwasher I've used. It leaves my dishes clean and spotless the majority of the time. I've had a couple experiences where some items didn't come out clean but I'm finding that it had more to do with properly loading the dishes than a performance issue. As long as the dishes are loaded correctly I don't really have any issues with dishes not getting clean. The touch control pad is super easy to use and I love that they're located on the top of the door instead of the front. It helps keep little ones from messing with the control pad. I love that it has several different wash features. The auto wash with hot temp wash is the daily run cycle I use. I love that it has a sanitiation option for really gross items and a quick 60 minute wash option for smaller loads. The storm wash feature is amazimg for stuck on or cooked on food particles. It works really well to remove grime. I also love that my dishes come out spotless (I use rinse aid) and almost completely dry. No more time spent soaking towels while drying the dishes by hand! The fingerprint resistant black stainless steel color is beautiful and easy to wipe down and keep clean. The style is beautiful and modern. This dishwasher is wonderful. It is one of the best machines I've ever used. It works so much better and is so much quieter than machines I've used or owned before. I recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new dishwasher for their home.

My new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher gets the dishes clean and I love the way it gets the dishes dry even the plastic and the front door is easy to keep clean. I do have problem some times getting it to turn on and off and it's very touching and come on when placing dishes in it will come on when not ready to start. The basket does not always go all the way to the back some times and the door wont shut so I'm fighting with that. Other wise I like it fine.

Terrible Dishwasher

This dishwasher has been terrible. We bought it in 2023 and it has not cleaned well from the beginning. Leaves food, sometimes half the pod is left, and white film all over everything. We have a Rain Soft whole house water softener system so it is not hard water build up. We have taken the bolts in the bottom off to look for issues. Pieces have broke off. It runs for 2-3 hours depending on setting and doesn't clean. I wonder what it's doing in there all that time? We had a dishwasher back in 2010 that you could put a dried on casserole dish and it would come out spotless. This one will leave food that can be rinsed off in 1 second under the faucet after it's been ran. We have several Samsung items including our Smart screen Refrigerator, TVs, and cell phones and are very disappointed in this dishwasher.
