The electrician knew how to deal with the C-wire issue, which prevented me from installing it in the 1st place. Now that it's installed & working perfectly, I'm completely happy with it. What I needed most was to manage the thermostat through the app - really so much easier for controlling the house environment than using the controls on the thermostat, itself.
