TV picture is incredible. Colors are vibrant, blacks are actually black and not that weird pixelated grey. The gaming mode has a bunch of great options and the frame rate is on par with gaming monitors. The picture mode for sports makes everything very clear with no motion blur. The built in sound is also very good as the TV has built in subwoofers. The viewing angle is the only downside, if you are watching from more than a 15° angle the opposite side of the TV looks a little dark.

Package was torn and beat up with big chunk taken out of package . parts were stuffed back into the hole. so far everything was accounted for. Tv works so far but looks like it was a return as no protective film on screen and remote already had batteries installed.
