High Value Potential - Poor Tech Support

First of all, I purchased this unit from Walmart, and I got it for less than anywhere else... including eBay! Walmart delivered quickly and their return policies are great, so I highly recommend. This product has the potential of being one of the best values in KVM switches... It supports 2560X1440, it has a convenient footprint, AND it comes with cables... WOW a great value... BUT Tech Support, not so good :-( My unit has 2glitches, and because Belkins' tech support was not helpful, I don't know why. First, every now and then when I switch back to computer #1 the connection is lost, and I have to reboot my machine to get it to synch back up to my monitor... that is not good if you haven't saved your work! Also, every now and then I get a screen glitch whereby the image raises up a line or two (3-4) very rapidly. I hooked a computer that had an older video card to this KVM and it was more erratic, but experienced a similar glitch. This doesn't happen when the monitor is connected directly to the computer. So the first time I contacted tech support, they inadvertently hung up on me. The second time I was sent to an advanced tech team... but that never happened because when they called me back the connection was bad and they hung up on me... and to my amazement, they never tried to call me back! Then I had to start over, and the next tech promised that someone from the advanced team would call me the following morning, and assured me that he would followup with me. I felt like they redeemed themselves by treating me so well... Until they never called me back or followed up with me, AND I took time out of my business to receive their call, so it cost me time and money! I'm still waiting for that call 3 weeks later... very poor tech support! I have tried contacting them by e-mail but get automated responses leading me to a site that wants me to start the whole process from the beginning. High Potential - Very Poor Follow Through!
