This stuff is the best. I have IBS and have been struggling to go. Was willing to try anything at this point. First day drinking it I had a lot of gas. Second day thirty minutes after drinking my stomach start cramping really bad. Forty five minutes I was using the bathroom. Gave me diarrhea and had really bad cramps the whole time, but so much relief after. Definitely recommend!!
