If you want the same taste and consistency as Mexican restaurant salsa then this is your salsa! I stay away from other brands since they are way too chunky! I like restaurant style salsa for my chips. I add a tablespoon of this salsa to my guacamole when I am making it homemade. Works great!

I've tried just about every salsa brand out there. Pace, Aldi brand and "small batch" yuppie salsa. I don't need someone else's version of high-end salsa. Herdez is the only one to get. I usually buy two at a time because I know that I'll go through the first jar fast. It's good to keep one around for chips, tacos or my famous southwest style hamburgers. Top notch stuff.
