shipping of wrong parts.

I am very disappointed. I got the wrong part, with different dimention. since it took so long to get the part (a full week), and it was a critical repair we needed to do, because we didn't have hot water in the whole apartment, I had to pay a lot of extra money to the plumber company to adapt that part to the current pipes that were smaller.
