Great Supplement for Energy and Antioxidant Support!
I've been using Doctor's Best Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid for a couple of weeks now, and I'm really happy with it. The 100 mg dosage is just right for me, and I feel a noticeable boost in energy, especially during the afternoons when I usually slump. I also love that it supports my overall health with its antioxidant benefits – I feel like it helps with recovery after workouts. The veggie caps are easy to swallow, and I haven't had any stomach issues, which can be a problem with some supplements. Excellent!
I take R-Lipoic Acid for nerve pain (i have diabetic prepheral neuropathy) and insulin resistance since 2 years. I find it very helpfull with the pain and with food cravings. Note that i take 2 caps of 100 mg per day. I will definately buy it again.
