Baby Einstein Ocean Glow Sensory Shaker Musical Toy, Ages Newborn +

My baby really likes this toy as far as the colors and sounds; however, I have mixed feelings about it because it only really lights up if you hit it on something, doesn't really light up as advertised by shaking it unless you do it really hard and fast. My baby can't make it light up by himself yet, so I have to keep doing it for him. I just feel like it's not the best for a starter toy if your baby is just learning to grasp things. I don't think it'll hold their attention well unless you keep doing it for them. So unless your baby likes slamming toys into things, I wouldn't recommend it, but other than that, the quality does seem really nice.

This toy is very cute and my son loves the music and lights that play when he moves it. The colors on the product are great. I bought this toy because of son was really into playing with strings and I thought this would give him something safe to play with, but the stings are not very long and hard for him to grab. Overall I would recommend this item to others, it didn't work for exactly what I wanted it for, but our son still loves playing with it. I also love that it has an off button on the bottom so that it doesn't waste the batteries or go off when it isn't supposed to when stored in a toy box.
