Easily maintain maximum surface protection against stains, etches and soil build-up on granite countertops and other natural-stone surfaces. Granite Gold Sealer, an easy-to-apply spray-and-wipe stone sealer, creates a barrier to protect granite, marble and all other natural stone. Regularly check the integrity of the seal with an at-home water test. Pour water (about 3 inches in diameter) on the surface in several locations and let it sit for 30 minutes. If you see a dark mark or ring, the water is penetrating the stone and it's time to reseal.

Instructions
Clean the surface with Granite Gold Daily Cleaner spray or wipes. Spray sealer on the surface in a 3-foot section. Immediately wipe into the stone with a lint-free cloth. Do not allow sealer to dry on the surface. Buff dry with a paper towel or lint-free cloth. For maximum protection, wait 20 minutes & repeat 2-3 times. Wait 24 hours for sealer to cure before using Granite Gold Polish.

Easy to use with excellent instructions
It's a little hard to tell if a product like this is really doing its job because, when applied at appropriate intervals, there is almost no change to the granite countertop. That being said, the product is easy to use and comes with exacting instructions. As this is my first house with granite countertops, I was expecting the sealing process to be painful. However, other than the short term inconvenience of not being able to use the counters, this couldn't have been much easier.
