Baby Believer Our God: A Shapes Primer, (Board Book)

Our God is a wonderful, must-have resource for teaching children about God. I own the entirety of the Baby Believer series by Danielle Hitchen and I love each and every one of them. The artwork is elegant and timeless in its simplicity and bold colors, appealing to parents and children alike. Each page is a piece of art. Our God is the latest addition to the series and we love it! I love that each page shows the basic shape, then shows the shape in a larger context - helping teach kids to find shapes in everyday life. Each shape is paired with a corresponding Bible verse to teach them some of the wonderful truth about our great God (for instance "circle" is for "Rock of ages"). My daughters are 3 and 1, and they both enjoy listening to this book, tracing the shapes, and pointing at the pictures. I am honestly very picky when it comes to Christian books for my children. It can be hard to find resources that have substance and are true to the Word - this book is just that. I love that Our God, and this series as a whole, is built on the word of God. What a precious thing to pass on to our children. I highly recommend adding this book to your library!

We love the baby believer books here! My kids have already memorized the words to Our God and get so excited to “read” it to me. I love that each book in the series uses verses as the primary text while tying them into concepts kids understand easily like shapes, emotions, animals, etc. Our kids absolutely love reading the baby believer books and we love that they are learning scripture truths over and over. This new addition to the series is so beautifully illustrated and wonderfully ties attributes of God to shapes our kids already know. I love that it now means when we are talking about squares and circles, etc, now they automatically are tying that to what they know about God. So goood!!!
