nothing beats home made, but who can count on a good avocado these days? This brand is far superior than any other premade guac. I am a onesy so I freeze what I can't eat in one sitting cuz you know guac likes to get brown in a day...the trick is to let it defrost naturally, tho I have been know to speed it up with a gentle warming in the microwave when a craving hits, lol

For a market-distributed tub of avocado-anything, this is pretty outstanding. For me it could be a bit spicier and chunkier, But for what it is? It gets a 5 rating. And I REEEALLY appreciate that the ingredients are just food and spices, not a bunch of chemicals (often called "preservatives.")

I love guacamole, but I hate any sign of heat, so this is perfect. It's actually almost bland and too smooth for a quality guacamole. For me, though, it's nice because I prefer a blander flavor, and it's easy and ready-made. It won't last long after opening, so plan to finish it in three days or less.
