Excellent value. Mild, pleasant smell. Gel was easy to apply. left my loose lifeless curls with more definition and volume which I seldom find in many hair gels with my curl pattern (I've used anything from high end to drug store: Pattern, Curlsmith, Verb, Joico, Rizos, Mielle, ECO, NYM, Sheamoisture, Pantene, LA Looks, Miss Jessie). This has been hands down the best gel I've used in years. Also worked on my 3 year olds curls. She has very tight curls and thick hair. This gel held up over nap time. I broke the cast after nap and it was perfect. Did give her some shrink but when I broke the cast and ran my fingers through some sections it loosed up length wise. I highly recommend trying.

This product has a nice, lite smell that didn't trigger my allergies. The best part is that it left my curls soft and shiny. I did have to scrunch the slight crispies out after my hair dried, but no crunch remained after that.
