To operate, simply slide switch to "I" position. To stop operation, set to the "0" position. Remove hair trimmings and debris from the blades using the provided cleaning brush. Wipe the housing clean with a dry cloth. Apply a few drops of lubricating oil to the blades and wipe off any excess oil with a dry cloth. This procedure is important for the proper maintenance of the blades.
