ARCHED GLASS WALL MOUNT CHIMNEY RANGE HOOD & LIGHT

I love the look of this Chimney Range Hood fan...and so do the many people that visit. Efficient, great looking and completes the job of removing cooking smells/smoke. Has 3 fan speeds and light. Just a heads up, it is also a wind gauge, whereas when it is windy, the outside vent cover makes noise from the wind blowing it open and closed. Although you can clearly hear it, it doesn't bother me.

Customer Service was great

I installed this chimney hood in the wrong manner that caused the stainless steel chute to be scratched. When I put the glass in place, the glass scratched the stainless steel chute with a 10 inch scratch. My wife was very upset with me. My finger prints all over the chute was not a pretty sight either. It could have been avoided if I would have left the protective film in place till I was finished installing the glass. I sent an email to customer service and got the surprise of my life. Customer service sent me a replacement, and with instructions on how to remove the finger prints on the new replacement if I happen to make another mess. Needless to say, I will not remove the protective film. What great customer service. I will continue to buy Broan forever. Garry
