Broom Handle gone.

Purchased these for our 2002 Mercury Sable. For so long I had been using an old broom handle to hold up the hood while checking and adding fluids etc. Finally decided to replace the Hood Lift Support Shocks. Received these quickly and was the correct part. Put these on about 2 months back and working great so far. Hopefully they will stay good and keep that hood up. NICE.
