I have purchsed Boost products before but when I looked at the box it said it was for weight gain something I really don't need. I plan to return this item to the store. Unfortunately I already drank one of the bottles from a larger order. The taste was very good and the drink was tasty. If you want ot gain weight this is the drink for you, but not for me.

I have a tough time eating and swallowing ... eating due to illness so I'm nutrient deprived and suffer various side effects including nausea, light headedness and blood sugar drops. These help with the problems that creates. Very palatable any time of day ... for me they replace meals even though they're not really nutritionally sufficient for that ... one fills me and works to stabilize my blood sugar so they serve their purpose in a delicious way.
