These drinks are FANTASTIC for anyone that sweats, needs extra vitamins and aminos (female hot flashes) and something with no caffeine and very low glycemic index. I buy them for my 84 year old step dad as well as myself and we love all the flavors. Make sure it's the "Lyte" version though.
