I unpacked the vacuum cleaner and put it together. I realized that the wall hanger was not in the box. I went through everything several times thinking I had missed it. This morning I called and was told that the vacuum cleaners shipped to the US did not include that part. It is included in the Spanish and French shipments only. The parts person pointed out that in the manual the part is listed but there is no part number beside it. In the French and Spanish part of the manual the part is listed with the part number. I thought that was all very odd. Black and Decker is shipping the part to me gratis with no guarantee that it will fit.
