well my mother-in-law is over 80 years old and she is living with my stepdaughter at the moment. my mother-in-law loves to cut meat not like meatloaf like a half a pig. so she said she wanted an electric knife but it had to be really lightweight so this was the most lightweight one I could find. well I gave it to her in the box and she and my daughter-in-law said they didn't need any help it would be fine they could put it together. so then they tell me it works great on this ham it's not too heavy they love it. so then my husband gets a call LOL they have a problem so he goes over there and unplugs the knife and goes through the box turns out they didn't have the blades in right in fact they only had one in lol

I first used this blade on thanksgiving on a turkey. it was awkard to hold at first since it was my first time. it sliced through the meat very well. i recommend knowing where the bones are ahead of time. second time i used it was on a spriral cut ham. 1 bone. I carved every shred of meat off of it. going to use it for the next 30 years tbh.
