Works great for cleaning up little stains that pets (and us humans) make. The only thing I hate about it, is that you cannot remove the green intake contraption inside the dirty tank. I didn't clean it out properly and some mold grew inside there that I cannot fully get rid of due to the inability to take that part out of the dirty tank. That was user error, but is definitely a complaint I've heard prior. I would definitely recommend buying this for small stains. Just make sure you clean it out after every use. To clean the nozzle and hose, I just block my sink/fill up a bowl with water and suck that up until the tank reaches full. But you can take the nozzle off for a better cleaning. The tank can fill partially, so I throw some soap into the tank and fill it with water to get it somewhat clean.

I highly recommend this shampooer, My son is almost three and I have stains of bottles that dripped and made a big mess on the couch plus spilled chocolate milk, Spilled juices, my coffee. After using this shampooer and the highest most powerful stain remover that was an extra 20 bucks. My couch looks beautiful again. My only regret is wishing I bought these items sooner.
