This is my second vac/mop. It cleans good and picks good. I really just bought used twice. I have a Tineco also but it was cordless and the battery went out Bought a new battery used once now it don't work. I'll never. Buy another expensive cordless vac. They are nice but Tenico doesn't even sell the battery on there site and now no longer sell the same model.

This my third Bissell floor cleaner, and a step up to Cross Wave Steam. It runs and operates very nice. Quieter than my previous units and offering more options at the same time. The unit works really well, providing me with a very clean shiny floor in no time at all. Owning a large dog is made easier by owning the Cross Wave Steam floor cleaner.
