Good texture. Earthy taste, kind of like whole grain bread. Flexible, but won't fold much without breaking. Good for hot/cold wraps, not very good for burritos. These are much better than any gluten free wrap I could make myself without using an expensive food dehydrator, and I've tried dozens of times. Worth the price if a wrap is what you want.

I absolutely adore these tortillas, and love that they are higher in fiber and protein, but low in carbs and are gluten free. It's hard to come by gluten free plus the other bonuses, which is why I give these 5 stars despite a couple of shortcomings. They fold really well and hold together. There are a few issues, but I feel the pros far outweigh the cons. Warm, they remind me very slightly of play-doh. They are a bit doughy. I recommend you pair with stronger flavors and textures, such as a really yummy, crunchy sandwich wrap with lettuce, bacon, etc. I prefer either cold as a cold wrap, or grilled such as a quesadilla (watch carefully because they burn easily). Warm they are more doughy and depending on how you use them, can be a little odd. That said, I used these to make bulk frozen burritos and I don't know what sort of magic it was, but reheated, they are perfection and you'd never know they were anything but a regular flour tortilla. They tend to mold quicker than the expiration date, even if they've never been opened, so I keep mine refrigerated or even frozen until I'm going to use them within about a week and a half.
