delicious when toasted! completely raw just used as a wrap, these have a slightly acrid tast. Just pop them in a skillet for a little and they're great. Good texture, not crumbly like a lot of low carb gluten free options. other breads by this brand are awesome also

The only reason I'm rating this a 4 is because of the smell, which is a little odd. But it is extremely flexible, not quite to the point of a wheat wrap, but it doesn't rip apart like some wraps I've tried. This is the only low carb wrap I've eaten. I've looked at the ingredients of the other ones and that was more off-putting than anything else. I like these enough that I'm going to keep using them while I'm on a low-carb diet.
