I would have given this 5* for everything but we all know that gluten free bread is unfairly priced. That part is such a shame, but if bread is going to be a luxury item, then this bread can take the crown. It's soft and delicious. I haven't tried it in a lunch box ..I'm not sure any GF bread could handle that, but it was delicious for a chickpea salad with sliced tomatoes and lettuce, it held together beautifully, and it tasted great. I'm no food stylist but Im adding a pic, if you're on the fence, TRY THIS bread! It was soft and squishy. It is made without animal products, so this is pretty much the holy grail of GF bread. So grateful to find it at Walmart.

I would call this half a loaf, but there are also less preservatives. This gluten free bread tastes better than most normal loaves of bread. I have already recommended this to people who have gluten allergies. The good thing is, you don't have to compromise on flavor and good sandwich bread. Hope we can find burger buns just as good.
