Great weight loss tool for those who can tolerate

I had great results. The weight started to drop almost immediately. I was taking 3 capsules a day with food because I am sensitive to medications and supplements. Unfortunately, I wound up losing my taste and smell while I was on it and eventually developed a low grade but constant nausea. I only put this is to warn those others who have problems like mine to be careful. I began taking just one capsule and will eventually add a second. Hopefully, I can tolerate a smaller dose. One capsule a day does not seem to bother me, and I do still have the result of not being hungry. I am able to eat reasonable portions and continue to lose weight even if much slower. I recommend it as a great weight loss tool to those who can tolerate it without side effects.

I use to use amazing formulas berberine 500 mg but these work just as well at a better price. Also I read that the amazing formulas changed their formula. Had a A1c of 5.3 and I need to lose a lot of weight. Just a good as pharmaceuticals without the side effects.

I have been using this brand of Berberine for several months. It really does bring my blood sugars down. Obviously if I eat really bad, it can only do so much. But when I'm really working on keeping them down it definitely helps. I take them with my meds. Sometimes, in between the two doses of meds. The first time I tried this, it brought me from 176 to 143 (blood sugars on glucometer)
