First thing to do is lose the wrench that comes with the rack. Get your 17mm socket and ratchet. That will make things a lot faster. The front set I put on was backwards. I had to come in and look it up online to see which way it was supposed to face. It was hard to tell in the black and white booklet that comes with the rack. No big deal. Glad they are easy on/easy off. I bought this so I could haul my kayak and pull my RV at the same time. Now if I can get that 80 pound fishing kayak up there by myself I will be very happy!
