Excellent meat slicer

This is an excellent slicer I wanted it to slice meat thin for homemade Jersey, I can slice it thinner than in the grocery store it also has a built in sharpener. First timing using it it performed perfectly and there was not learning curve to catch onto, very easy to use. Clean up was not bad pretty easy.

I love my slicer. It is easy to use, and the quality is unbelievable. I never would have thought I could purchase a slicer of this quality. I bought a rib roast put it in the freezer once it was frozen almost all the way, I put it on the slicer and cut it on 1 1/2 and made chip steak for steak sandwiches. It was perfect.
