My details will not be what you were hoping for. We bought this claw machine since we've had so much trouble with other brands with, only had the game one day and it was letting the tokens go right through and do nothing. I wish there was a way to try and fix it, but there are no directions and I don't know how to reach anyone. It's unfortunate. I will have to return it to Walmart. We had such anticipation that this would be the one.
