Item arrived in a bag, therefore the box it came in was destroyed. Even if it was decent, I doubt if the bulbs worked,so I wouldn't have kept it anyways. The item doesn't do the picture any justice. It's very cheap plastic and the chances of the thing tipping over are pretty good. Like most any other warmer does, this doesn't have a dimmer, timer, it's not adjustable, my 3.7 oz. Yankee Candle wouldn't fit in it. The neck is bendable but it doesn't stay in the position needed. Even the circle on the base doesn't align with the light....lol! Completely useless! I returned it and bought a different one. Believe me, it's worth paying a few dollars more for a good one!
